A friend of mine is coming to Berkeley for June and July with his
family (wife and 2 little kids) and is looking for a nice furnished
house to rent araund 1500$/month with all the stuff you need. He's a
post-doc from Germany and wants to come here next year for a longer
time.

As the reason for his stay here is to convince his wife to come with
him to Berkeley for an entire year, the house should have a great view,
shopping facilities nearby and maybe a nice backyard. At least some
Park in walking distance.
It doesn't have to be very close to the UCB, as he wants to rent a car
anyway. So, it could be even in SF, Oakland, Hayward, etc.

The house should at least have 
- 2 bedrooms
- kitchen
- 1 bathroom
- large living room.

The stay would be from May 30th to July 31st.
