We have a huge, slightly funky room available for rent in an
older Rockridge home. Currently living there are a bookseller (31),
two graduate students (25 and 32), and a cat (3). We are eccentric
but stable, with eclectic tastes in music, books, and made-for-TV
movies. Distraught, smug, recovering new age heavy metal fiends
give us the willies. So do Rush fans and Ayn Rand groupies. A
sense of humor and rudimentary social skills are essential.
Amenities include hot tub, washer, dryer, yard, deck, fireplace,
and dishwasher. The rent is $510 per month plus a share of the
utilities. First and last months' rent plus deposit required to
move in. If you're interested, call Marianne at 601-0943 (evenings
and weekends), or send me (Klaus) e-mail at heilmayr@math.berkeley.edu.
Thanks.

If you lived here, you'd be home already.
