Hi,

Do you know anyone who is renting a 2-bedroom apartment, or who
might be moving out of their apartment between now and June-July?

  We are two quiet newlyweds-to-be seeking a 2-bedroom apartment
  in the Berkeley/Oakland area (preferable vicinities include North
  Berkeley, Berkeley Hills, Claremont, Elmwood, Rockridge).  We
  both work in the area (Berkeley; SF) and are long-term members of
  the East Bay; we're looking for a safe, spacious, quiet location
  not too far from BART/bus that we can call home.

  Other info about us:  Although we have no pets at the moment,
  there's likely a cat in our future; we'll need parking for one
  car and two bicycles; we prefer having laundry facilities on the
  premises and above-average bathroom(s) with a tub.  Bonuses
  might include a bay view, fireplace, hottub, or modern facilities.
