Hi,

I am in need of money to upgrade my desktop, so I'm selling my notebook
(since I rarely needed it anyway). The following are the specs:

Micron GoBook2 (TM)

Motherboard
* Pentium-II 300MHz w/ MMX Technology
* 512KB L2 Pipeline Synchronous Burst cache
* 96MB EDO RAM (Huge! This upgrade costs ~$200 by itself)
* Supports Suspend-to-disk feature
* Designed for Windows 98 (included)

Video Display
* 128-bit graphics accelerator
* 2MB fast VRAM
* Supports hardware MPEG
* 12.1" TFT SVGA LCD color display (800x600 w/ 16.8 million colors)
* Television output

Internal Bay
* Removable modular CD-ROM drive (24X max speed)
* Removable modular floppy drive

Input/Output
* USB/IR/Keyboard/Mouse/VideoOut/Parallel(ECP+EPP)/Serial/Monitor/DockingBay
* Microphone/Line-In/Line-out
* 16-bit built-in wavetable stereo (1MB hardware wavetable, 32-voice FM syn.)
* Holds two Type I or II, or one Type III PC cards (all Cardbus compatible)
* 56K modem PC card included
* 10/100 Base-T ethernet via port replicator

Dimensions
* Case: 11.6 x 8.8 x 1.3 in.
* Weight: (FDD model) 4.4 lb. (really light)

Miscellaneous:
* 7,000 mAh Lithium-ion base battery (huge compared to the usual <2,500 mAh!)
* Includes the optional GoDock port replicator (costs yet another $200!)

(you can find out more info from the website:
http://support.micronpc.com/apps/srvrhub.asp?Hub=Gobook2)

Micron is a reputable company with really good support. The notebook itself
is less than 1.5 years old, bought at a $4000+ premium price! Now for quick
cash I'm only asking for $950 obo. If you are interested, please drop me an
email. The notebook is available immediately for pick-up in the Bay Area (I
live in Berkeley).

Thanks!

Andrew

Hi all,

Sorry I forgot to mention. The hard drive is 4GB and is upgradable. The
system can also hold two hard drives.
