Call 510-763-5144 to pick up. First person who can come by to take them
gets them. Located on the south side of Lake Merritt in Oakland.

Both in very good condition. Just need to get rid of them because I'm
moving.

1. Work/study desk:

About 60" long, 30" deep, and 28" high. One small drawer and one file
drawer (for letter-size hanging folders) on each side. (So 4 drawers
total). Light gray, heavy (need 2 people with a truck/van to move). Very
good condition. Clean.

1. Futon:

This is a thick (6-inch) foam-pad style futon. It can be folded into a
couch, or unfolded to use as a bed (full size). It has a beige cover. Good
condition. No stain. Cover slightly ripped on the bottom but not visible
when used as a couch. You'll need a bed sheet to use it as a bed.

Very light, fits in the back seat of a large sedan.
