Hi potential bearers of unwanted monitors!

I am ideally looking for a svga (1024x768) svga .28-31mm non-interlaced
14" monitor.  For this, I will pay $250 (my budget max), if it's satisfactory
& in good condition.  Otherwise, we can negotiate.
