I'm selling two Apple Laserwriter IINT laser printers. These are the
popular 300 dot/inch, 8 page/minute PostScript workhorses, based on
the durable Canon printer engine and Apple's true-PostScript
controller board. When you factor in the cost of consumables, laser
printers are much cheaper per page than inkjets. I have cleaned and
tested them and they both work, though for reliable operation the
paper pickup roller should be replaced (a $29 kit from
Fixyourownprinter.com; see their web site), and each will need a new
toner cartridge; each comes with a cartridge good enough to print a
test page. These printers are plug-and-play AppleTalk networkable,
and also have an RS-232 (serial) port for PC computers. These printers
can be upgraded to IINTX, IIf, or IIg printers by swapping the controller
board (available on the Web).
Each includes a power cord and 8.5" x 11" paper tray. I can also
provide you with a floppy of Macintosh software to turn on or off
the startup test page (currently turned on). A description is
available at

I would rather not ship them. I live in west Davis, so will
arrange to have you pick it/them up, or for $10 extra, I will
deliver it/them within 45 minutes of Davis. I will also be in Oakland
Saturday 19 January, and we could arrange to meet. Reply to
