I have a friend who has a particular problem:

Namely, how to use kerning in WordPerfect 6.0 for Unix on a Lexmark Optra 
printer.  He's running SCO Unix (I'm not sure what version), and changing
the kerning seems to put random spaces in the pages when it prints out.  


Anyone have any ideas?
