		STUPENDOUS APARTMENT IN TRENDY RIVER WEST

This amazing top floor (third floor) residence features 2,000 square feet
of living space, including deluxe kitchen with tons of storage space,
dishwasher, and state of the art refigerator (smarter than a lot of computers
I've owned :->).

10 rooms total, including 1.5 baths and two bedrooms (one with a loft) and
a MASTER SUITE, consisting of three rooms and a half bath. (One of the rooms
in this suite is actually a walk in closet that is bigger than some studio
apartments!!)

Laundry (washer, dryer, and storage area) not just "on premises" but in the
apartment. Covenient parking in secure garage behind building.

GREAT LOCATION: easy access to loop (five minutes by car, ten minutes by
the bus that stops at the front door); 20 minutes to Hyde Park by car;
close to expressways and O'Hare El.

Owner on premises. (He lovingly restored this apartment, which he used to
live in.) No dogs, but cats welcome.

Rent: $1250+utilities (very reasonable for this quality space)

Contact:  If interested, call 312-733-7446.

BTW, the address is 1376 W. Grand. (If you drive by, don't be turned off by
the outside of the building--you have to see what's _inside_ to believe it.)
