Futon: Full size, black, very clean, 8 inches thick. Special design
unzips to "air out" and "fluff up" the all cotton padding.
Includes frame, homemade, pine, you can't really see it with
futon on it...lumber alone was at least $60. A bargain at $100.

Couch: Large, three seater, good frame, "pleasant" brown weave...minor
cat damage (they really liked the weave!) on left end. If this
corner can sit against your wall, this couch is a bargain,
otherwise, just a good deal for a student couch! $75.

Email to arrange an inspection!

Both pieces must go by the end of august....
