Hello there, there is a lovely studio up for the taking at 6022,
S.Drexel Ave., Apt. #310, so if anyone is pretty hard put to find
lodgings before Sept. 1, this can be the ideal place, near to the
university, near to the lovely midway plaisance, comfortably carpeted,
luxuriously furnished, impeccably clean, and a healthy atmosphere of
graduate students, at a moderate rent of $499 p.m.
The more mundane details: the person has to be a graduate student @ the
university of chicago, and electricity, and as regards furnishings, 
a sofa-bed+futon, a table, a dining table, 4 small chairs + 1 bigger
one( there might be names appropriate for each, only i dont know how
they are called, and the chairs are well wadded), and a big study table
plus desks, a refrigerator, an oven, lots of cabinets all around.
There's a laundry in the basement, and the lease as of now is till
december but it is extendible. One needs to contact the Area C Housing
Office on 56th and Ellis Ave., and/or the Assignment office somewhere on
the 53rd and Dorchester i guess. If someone is interested in the
apartment, and is willing to release me off the lease, i would be
