Hi!
I am renting a room in my 2bd/2bt apartment in Berkeley Court, across UCI.
I am looking for a male non-smoker, non-toker, non-drinker (NO not a Nun! :),
who is quiet, CLEAN, and considerate. If you want a serene, clean, and
healthy environment, call me.
The rent is 450.00 and half the electric bill and cable, which amounts to
about 37-40 dollars p/month. There is three phone lines, so you can have
your own line. There is a parking space for you as well. You will have your
own bedroom/bathroom. The apartment is tastefully furnished, and perhaps
your bedroom as well.
If interested, email me at eshepard@ics.uci.edu or call me at work, at
714-856-8143 or at home, 714-854-9664.
Edd.
