Please pardon this off topic message, but I'm posting in hopes that
it will limit further off topic messages and chain letters.

I realize that the base note was posted with the best of intentions,
but please do *not* respond.

Please do *not* respond to this message.  Notice:

Because this message asks you to forward copies to other people, it
is by definition a chain letter.

Chain letters, *regardless of their content*, are an explicit violation
of the appropriate use policy of virtually every Internet service
provider in the world, and are especially forbidden on academic sites.
On some sites, sending a chain letter is considered grounds for
summary termination of access.

Please do not contribute to the mailbombing of the University of
Northern Colorado, or to the violation of your ISP's policies, by
participating in this chain letter.
