Personally, I have always found Bolero to be the one that is 
simultaneously the most sexy and romantic and sensual.

There was a "Millie the Model" cartoon in my childhood where it
was shown that Millie could look sexy and be desirable in anything
(they showed a wooden barrel).  People who can be sexy and sensual 
can normally do that with anything.  The less romantic are just
more challenging ... requiring the "millie the models" of dance to
accomplish it.  :)
