Roommate(s) wanted to share a beautiful two bedroom, two and one-half
bath townhome in Santa Monica.  It is a large master bedroom and has its
own bathroom included in the master bedroom suite.  A washer and dryer
are inside the house and cable tv is included.  The townhouse is large
(1500 sq ft) and is located near major bus routes and the 10 and 405
freeways. The house is located 1.3 miles from the ocean in a residential
area.  The home has a large kitchen, with a lot of cupboard and counter
space.  It also has an indoor fireplace and has a few balconies. If
desired I can fully furnish the bedroom with a microwave, large
refrigerator, futons, bookshelves, etc... There is underground parking
and the townhome is in a security building.  I am the owner and the
other occupant of the townhome. 
I am a 33 yr old schoolteacher, quiet, and frequently pursuing a
professional lifestyle.  I am easy to get along with.  The rent is $575
per month and a $1000 security deposit is required.  Please feel free to
