We the Homeless People of Isla Vista
Santa Barbara County, California
in requesting to occupy community property with the privilege of
managing and policing ourselves do hereby agree to organize ourselves
into an officially recognized, cohesive, and goal directed body with
constructive interests in the general welfare of the community at
large through directly providing for our own critical needs through
the formation and management of a local Work Training Cooperative and
Breakfast Program which includes a county approved campground for at
least eighteen homeless people and three student interns.
