OK, this is an updated version of a previous post for a friend.

There is one room available for the year beginning July 1.  Also,
there are 2 rooms available for a summer sublet.

The place is a 3 BR condo in Playmoor La Jolla near Eastgate and
Genessee.  It is only a few minutes by bike to the center of the
UCSD campus.  Rent is $300.  Non-smoking females preferred.
