The innovative Pad Lock design of the glove is Rawlings' latest patent-pending 
design.  It allows this large glove to fit almost any hand.  It provides for 
the ultimate in fit and control by stabilizing the hand within the glove to 
achieve the desired level of firmness.  This is accomplished through an 
adjustable inner cushioned pad and outer Velcro wrist strap.  There's also 
extra padding in the heart of the glove to protect the hand from the impact of
