What the heck...I'm looking for a table too, except I'd like one of those
rectangular folding tables they have around campus. Responses to
giless@access.cosmic.uga.edu.

hmm, I'm assuming you don't want to just go out a buy a new table, so here
are my two suggestions:

1) come by the archtecture building at Tech and post a sign describing
what you want... between freshmen dropping out, people buying new tables
and people graduating, you can probably find some one who will sell you a
used table.

2) go to Home Depot, buy a 3'x8' solid core wood door (hollow-core works okay,
but doesn't last near as long, as is more prone to warping)$8-20. Saw off
the top to make it a 3'x5' table. Cover it with either Borco $20-30 or
whatever surface (maybe sturdy illustration board $5-10) you want. Add a
parallel bar $60+, and you're set.

hope this helped.
