To demonstrate how Cabletron products locate and troubleshoot
network problems, we can configure the Spectrovan to demonstrate
a malfunctioning network. As a visitor to the Spectrovan, you will
have access to Cabletron's complete line of testing equipment and
management systems, and can fully test the Spectrovan's entire
network of multi-vendor equipment for bottlenecks or other
problems.

Spectrum Enterprise Manager is the most flexible and scalable management
platform in the industry today. Through the implementation of leading-
edge, object-oriented, artificial intelligence technology, Spectrum
addresses the major challenges facing network managers: changes, complexity
and cost-of-ownership.

The two core components of Spectrum are the SpectroGraph which is
a GUI and the SpectroServer which is where the artificial intelligence
resides. Cabletron also offers Optional Applications for those who wish to
expand and enhance Spectrum's core functionality.

Spectrum Enterprise has the capability to monitor WAN, LAN, frame relay,
Nortel PBX's, servers, applications, desktops, alarm notification
and reporting.
