I have for sale 1Meg x 9 SIMMs for PC's (386,486,586/Pentium).
These are standard SIMMs, and work at 70nS. I can configure any
machine to use them if you do not know how to do this. It does not
matter what clock speed your system is, it is all a matter of the
configuration options.
I warrantee them for 90 days, and guarantee that they will work in
your system, or your money back.
The cost is: $35.00 per Meg
$135.00 if you buy 4 Meg ($33.75 per SIMM)
$260.00 if you buy 8 Meg ($32.50 per SIMM)
If you buy 4 Meg (or more) I will include free Installation and
Setup, if you are not too far from campus and/or the Milwaukee West
Line commuter train to Elgin/Big Timber.
You can reach me, Al Zantow, at 708-741-3544
EMAIL me at: U57567@uicvm.uic.edu
REMEMBER: THE MORE MEMORY YOU GOT, THE FASTER THINGS RUN !!!!
Most big applications like: Graphics, Engineering, CAD, GAMES,
MultiMedia, all need >=4M to run. The more things you want to run
at the same time, the more you need more memory.
DOOM : needs 4M to run. Got to have a cool game, right?
WINDOWS: really should be run in a MINIMUM of 4M, and flies in >8M.
OS/2: really should be run in a MINIMUM of 8M, and flies in >12M.
NT: really should be run in a MINIMUM of 12M, and flies in >16M.
