THEN--- my info:
. Mileage: 99K
. Engine: Good, drove to Indiana, Wisconsin, Missouri; 
	Oil change every three months
	No problem to cruise at 70m/h

. Transimission and clutch: Good condition, no liquid leaking.
. Timing Belt: Another 30k to go
. Brake: Good condition, can be used for at least another 20k.
. New Parts: 
	. 1 year new carburator($950)
	. 1 year new starter/alternator($350), 
	    instance start at chilling winter
	. new cooling system
	. new tires

. Problem: . need a new muffler($75), however, I think the noise 
	     is acceptable
	   . some acceptable knock/rusts on the body, you can 
	     repair youself if you like
