3 night trip to the Colorado Rockies

A friend and I are planning on heading to keystone in summitt county
(www.keystonesummer.com) for 3 nights in mid august. We had a 3rd, but he
recently backed out, so we're looking for anyone else that would be
interested. We got a great deal, and the condo (sleeps four) as well as
two mountain passes (includes gondola pass, free rollerblade and kayak
rentals, horseback riding, etc. check out the website), cost us a total of
$270, with additional passes costing $25.

We're taking our mountain bikes, which is why we're driving the 16 hours
there. I can fit a 3rd mountain bike on my yakima rack if I borrow another
bike rack attachment from a friend, but I don't know about a 4th bike.

We're leaving August 12th and will arrive at keystone the next morning to
spend the nights of 13th, 14th, and 15th there, and will leave colorado on
the 16th. We will definitely not be roughing it. Our room is loaded with a
kitchen, on-site pool and hot tubs, and the bluegrass and beer festival is
taking place at keystone the same weekend we'll be there. Please check out
the website for full details. We'll be staying at the forest
condominiums.

We've tried for a while to find a replacement among our friends here
without much luck (we're both chemistry graduate students) due to various
reasons, so I figured we have nothing to lose by posting this on the
newsgroups. It is not a necessity for us to find someone, because the two
of us can easily afford to go out by ourselves and handle the driving. But
our conditions for any possible person interested in going include:

no freaks. (if you have to think about this, then please do not reply.)
no one with bad B.O. (32 hour drive in the same car. who can blame us.)
no one against having a bad time. (for obvious reasons.)

The total costs will include your share of the room costs and any
additional mountain passes (for example, if 3 of us go, then it'll be $295
divided by 3), plus your share of gas. I estimate it'll take a total of 6
or 7 tanks to get there and back with each tank costing about $12-14. Food
and any other expenses, you'll have to handle on your own. This will be a
relatively inexpensive trip, and from the people I've talked to about
summertime in summitt county, it should be a lot of fun. The trails on the
website for mountain biking also look really promising as well.

If you're still interested, please e-mail me back or my friend. I won't be
around this weekend so you might want to e-mail him at gena@s.scs.uiuc.edu
if you're reading this after friday.

Thanks,
Jason Lee

I'm sure most of you would have figured it out, but I meant to say "no one
against having a good time". The no freaks and no one with bad B.O. is
still correct though.
