3Dfx Voodoo TVFM query

I installed the 3Dfx Voodoo TVFM some time ago when it originally came out
(Dec 2000, I think), and haven't used it for a hell of a long time but tried to
use it again recently and it's not working.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the software but it doesn't recognise the signal
input (RF aerial), yet the composite input is fine (the s-video presumably is
too), and I've checked everything I can think of but there must be something
I've missed. I've not taken it out of the PC in the meantime but so there's no
reason for it not working.

My PC is: PIII 600Mhz, 384Mb RAM, Win 98SE, and the only thing that's changed
since originally installing the card is that my graphics card has changed from
a Voodoo 3 3000 AGP to an ATI Radeon 8500LE 64Mb.

FWIW, I've just tried uninstalling the software and reinstalling it and I'm
getting an error message:

"Cannot run multiple instances of a DLL under Win32s"

BTW, this is my first post to the uk.comp.homebuilt group so have redirected
the replies back to myself.

Thanks in advance,
