I use FoneCost a Windows program which I got originally as a shareware
program but which you can register for the cost of 10. It is set up
with the current UK phone charges covering weekend, evening and day
rates plus local, distance calls. It also covers Mercury costs. In the
registered version you can alter the phone rates yourself.

It is produced by APC: contacts are

fonecost@apcsoft.demon.co.uk

100014,2337 (Compuserve)

APC, 16 Copyground Court, High Wycombe, Bucks. HP12 3HG

(I have no connection with this company other than as a satisfied user
of their product).
