Address book(s) (WAB files) live in:
C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Microsoft\Address Book
You can also export the address book as text from the file menu of OE.
Message files (DBX files) live in:
C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Identities\{DC9773E0-47A7-11D3-9338-D7F3B6D4
965A}\Microsoft\Outlook Express
The OE5 help file implies that copying these to another disk is all that
is required to make a backup.
