I have dealt with Black Widdow for years and found the help and
support to be first class. I had trouble with a 9636 Hi-Res Scanner
whn I changed to Windows 98 and the support was brilliant. They
insisted it was not the scanner at fault and even swapped it out for a
brand new replacement to prove a point. It turned out to be a
software problem on my system causing the problem.

As for faxes and letters, they answered mine OK and bunged in some
free software too!
