Hi,

I'm running RH5.1 as a dual boot with NT4 wkstation. I've just been raking
about and come across loads of old bits and pieces. This got me inspired to
build a second dedicated linux machine. Things spiralled a bit and I've come
up with the following spec.

TX Pro III
K6 166MMX
64MB S-DRAM Dimm
Diamond Stealth VRAM (2MB)
4.3GB EIDE HD
8x EIDE CD-ROM
Crystal Chips On-Board Sound
Floppy Drive
AMD PCI32 PCI Network Card
USR 33.6 External Sportster
Demon Dial-Up Account

What I want to do is this :

Linux Box running 24/7 on the floor without a monitor. Set up an internet
connection which can be called from NT. All mail to be downloaded to the
Linux box, andrew@hot-shot.demon.co.uk to be delivered to Outlook 98,
linux@hot-shot.demon.co.uk to be delivered to an account on the linux box.
Also I would like to maybe store all my documents, downloads etc on the
linux box with a network drive mapped under NT.

I have a little bit of Linux knowledge. Is this task way above me ?

Best Regards
Andrew Taylor

PS Anyone near Newcastle fancy giving me a hand ? I'll pay transport.
