Do a large FTP (30 or so megs) and give us the time figures.  I see around
600k/sec over my dodgy ethernet (Win95 (64Mb, P200) + 2 Linux (DX4/100/120,
16Mb, 250Mb) + 1 Win3.11 (DX2, 16Mb, 130Mb)) which isn't bad.  All linked
on freebies!

I have heard some horrible things about these.  Try a normal graphics card.
