Almost, but not quite. You've got to be specific about the limit which
only applies in some cases. If you just say that old Mac serial ports
can talk to devices at 230,400 bit/s, you're wrong, because they all
can. It's relevant, because people will read something like that and
think that it applies to *everything*, which isn't the case.
