Want to change Calculator/Find File/Key Caps/Scrapbook/Netscape's window
frame texture, as was possible in System 7.5/7.6?

Simple, just use the old Desktop Patterns control panel (holding down
the Option key whilst choosing, as before).

Great! Now I've got back my yellow-to-green gradient Desk Accessories.

(Apologies to those who knew already, but I only thought of it today and
it didn't work the first time until I'd restarted.)
