This auction is for SUN 256 MB upgrade kit X7004A and comprises of 2 x 128
MB DIMMS, 5V ECC 60ns DIMM

This is a genuine SUN badged product part no. 595-3813-10, in factory sealed
box.

This is a great memory upgrade for anyone with an Ultra system! This item is
a pair of 128MB memory DIMMs. Together they make up a 256MB memory upgrade.
These DIMM's use the 60ns speed chips. This kit includes two DIMMs. Some
machines only require memory to be inserted in pairs, but others take memory
in banks of four. This kit is compatible with other size memory kits such as
64, 128, and 512MB kits.

They are correct for the following Sun platforms:
Sun SPARCstation 10 AND 20
Ultra/Enterprise 1 AND 2
Ultra 30 AND 60 Workstations
Enterprise 450, 250, 220R servers
and Netra t 1100, 1120, 1125 Servers
