 ** Always ** pay by credit card,about 10 yrs ago a credit card 
 company sorted out a garage that did a dodgy gear box repair on my
 car,similar story to this saga..no joy from the company ended up with
 full refund (and a working if not noisey gearbox)

 I will always opt to pay a couple of percent more on the price for 
 the piece of mind...and if they dont take credit cards..no sale !
