My PC lives in a mostly coolish environment, and I'd like to minimize noise
from it.  I reckon if I use the Rain or Waterfall s/w CPU cooling utility with
thermostatically controlled fans, they'll be off a fair bit of the time.  Can
anyone suggest a supplier of thermostatic PSU and/or CPU fans?  (It's an older
Socket 7 AT m/b, without any sensors, if that's relevant, in a midi tower case,
just one HD and CDROM.)
