So Kenny, about 3 months ago you were trading under the name of
"------------- SALTIRE COMPUTERS ------------"

Whatever happened? And whatever happened to those "delighted"
customers you told me about? Do they still get their machines repaired
by STERLING Information Technology now if things go wrong? Or is this
another case of computer cowboys? "Buyer beware"

It is obvious that people will always find a cheaper deal. But what
you fail to understand is that very few people buy on price alone. If
they did companies like Compaq, IBM, Gateway 2000 e.t.c. would be out
of business. There is a lot more emphasis put on quality, service,
technial support and reliability.

I can buy full colour business cards and stationary a great deal
cheaper than you are selling it for. You are obviously earning a
living from what you do which proves the point that cost is not the
main factor. Some of your customers will probably be aware that they
can buy cheaper but are happy with the service you offer. Thats why
you get their business.

I could pick out dozens of companies from Computer Shopper that are
selling the same machine for more money. At the end of the day these
companies also sell on their good reputation and not cost alone.

Regards

Kenny

I would agree on your sentiment here, but would respectfully suggest
you examine the build quality of the machine mentioned. If you think
that the components of the machine is poor - could I ask you to print
the components that you are using that makes you think yours are
better. Your right components are important - thats why I asked for
the exact components I have.
