I have recently been approached by someone selling Accelerated Mortgages. It
seems a very good idea, but I have a couple of questions. Does anyone know the
answers

1.	how successful have these mortgages been in other countries?

2.	what competitor products are in the UK and on mainland Europe?

Thank for your help.
