This sad bastard has benefited from the advancements in agriculture to the
point where he no longer has to plod about on a farm to scratch out supper;
no longer has to creep through the woods to hunt down a bit of
flesh-on-the-hoof for the occasional protein infusion. He now is afforded a
grand, luxurious lifestyle, complete with free time to ruminate about the
feelings of maggots, fish, and other necessary links in the very same food
chain that kept this mutton-head's ancestors alive.

The only reason he's alive today is the fact that his ancestors were capable
of developing the tools and methods that insured their survival (fishing,
hunting, crop management). How sad it will be when all knowledge of basic
survival techniques are abolished by these people.

I say toss his ass out in the woods for a year and see if a little
perspective shift doesn't occur.

P.S. Who says a lettuce doesn't scream when slashed violently from its cozy
birthplace just to be ingested by a dirty, two-legged, hairless rat bastard?

--"I don't like this cobbling sort of business--I don't like it at all; it's
undignified; it's not my place. Let tinkers' brats do tinkerings; we are
their betters. I like to take in hand none but clean, virgin,
fair-and-square mathematical jobs, something that regularly begins at the
beginning, and is at the middle when midway, and comes to an end at the
conclusion; not a cobbler's job that's at an end in the middle, and at the
beginning at the end."
