In this case I'm NOT looking for technical support, at least  not 
form  the  net as I KNOW for sure that the passwords can  not  be 
cleared - it's something IBM make clear to customers. The purpose 
of  this  post  is JUST to track down  teh  PRUDENTIAL  FINANCIAL 
SERVICES IT folk who might be able to give us the passwords.
