Now there's a joke.
Financial Services Switchboard operators these days know very little,
(not their fault, it's bad management and lack of training). Unless you
can ask for a person by name forget it. You'll end up in voice mail hell
with the wrong people, or, at best, just the wrong people, again and
again and again...
