three questions:

Since Saddam Hussein in Nov 2000 refused the US Dollar
and instead traded oil in Euro... did he sign his death warrant?

Just after 9/11, was there an agreement between central banks
not to speculate against the US Dollar?

Since we have systemic problems in today's "normal" money system,
are we not only entitled, but _ought_ to introduce strong local
currencies?
