MANORCON XV
-----------
at Lake Hall, Birmingham University, England
2 p.m. Friday 18th to 2 p.m. Monday 21st July 1997

Manorcon is a large annual residential board games convention,
with tournaments for Diplomacy, United, 18xx, Railway Rivals,
and many other games, as well as the extremely popular open
gaming area.

The final Progress Report has just been released on the
Manorcon Web Site, which is situated at :

The section on travelling from New Street by rail in my
paper copy of Progress Report 3 states that the single
fare is about 1 pound. This may well may be true,
but if you're travelling to Birmingham by rail anyway,
ask for a through ticket to Five Ways (or University) -
if you're travelling any distance this will probably
cost the same as a ticket to New Street.
