Yes, we can show you.. alternatively, you are quite welcome to search Deja and see postings made by myself and others around the time and actually note that the transfer fee was always in place. Or maybe one of our customers can inform you of this... Maybe 'bigbytes' remembers this too. > 2 years ago in June I registered a few domains with 10quid.co.uk. And any You are then not looking properly. The T&Cs at the bottom of the page of 10Quid's web site are not the terms for 'services' offered by 10Quid, but are terms of site usage of 'Cyberstrider Limited'. For 10Quid's service T&Cs, you need to look in the 'help' section. > email to do with the registration didn't mention anything about transfer > out fees. There was of course no written agreement. There was no 'written' agreement because it was all on line. If you wish to jog your selective memory, then remember that when you filled in the form online - just before you clicked on 'submit' to go on to the payment page, you were also required to 'tick' a box 'agreeing' to the T&Cs.. with the T&Cs actually printed out on the same page right beneath the order form. > Recently when I asked to transfer the Tag to another registrar, Denesh > Bhabuta refused on the basis that it would cost 10 quid per domain. Yes, this is correct and I am not here to breach our own T&Cs.. and I will not allow anyone to breach them either. > But this was not the deal when I registered the domains with them, and I Prove it. > am now asking Nominet to transfer them for me, hence the hope that > someone has a stored copy of the Ts and Cs. As I have mentioned to you before when you argued this, We have had ex-customers do exactly the same - with domains they registered before you did. Nominet have been through this at least twice before, and had to inform those custimers to refer back to us and complete their contractual obligations with us... these were for domains registered before the ones you were disputing, and Nominet have had a copy of the T&Cs from that time. > 10quid is owned by Denesh Bhabuta who also owns cybes and cyberstrider. 10Quid is not owned by me - it is owned by Cyberstrider Limited. There is a major difference. > Thanks very much for any help I hope that this can be settled amicably and by no one breaching any contracts.
