I have a printed copy of the T&C dated 6th April 2000 which clearly states under item 1.2 (only salient points typed out): "If 10Quid does not receive payment for the domain or any associated services (registration, transfer in, transfer out) within the credit terms discussed . . .[snip] . . other payable services . . . . [snip] . . . and domain transfer out (priced at 10 pounds) will not be carried out until payment is settled in full . . . . . [snip] . .
