Cheers TT,

I will definitely go back tonight and start a fresh and go through it
step by step to make sure I didn't miss anything. Are you using fixed
IP addressing for all your computers in your network or a combination
of fixed and DHCP?

An aside question: Is it worth updating the software of the 640H?

Will let you know how I go...
