Well I haven't littered your groups with a notice of it's existence since, well, April or so. So here's a plug for that page dedicated entirely to climbing *moves* which should help you all http://get.to/climbbetter Recent additions include foot switches, dynos, laybacking and the notorious back-step. If you really object to this post, which has not happened/will not happen again for a while, please email me. Have fun, -Cris Cooper

does anyone have a valid address for this author? His link isn't working. Meanwhile, food for argument... I am in the process of building a climbing wall, having gotten bored with the few toys I made first (chinning holds, stamina locks etc), and was wondering whether you had any tips on: a) angle of wall b)construction of holds c)nature of holds or anything else. I include (c) simply because some of the lads at HardRock in melbourne have given me stern warnings about training only for power on difficult holds and endangering tendons. Any opinions?
