Hi it's me again.

I happened to go to Vancouver in Canada last year and found that the weather
is not so cooler as what I thought beforehand.
When I was there, I kept checking up the weather with my electronic
thermometer. Well, what make me so confused was that
I found the temp of 10C recorded in there was not quite much the same as
what I had been feeling in the UK personally. Of course,
I mean I feel a bit cooler on that temp in the UK. I don't see why. Is that
really something to do with the humidity factors ? Later,
I arrived in Calgary, Edmonton... etc. The situation happened the same.
Perhaps I was wearing too many clothers or my thermo
went haywire at that time, but not really !, I would say. What do you think
about my point ? On the contrary, when I was in Beijing in spring
in 1995, I felt a bit chilly on that temp though. Anyway, what I am trying
to say is that the real feeling temp was so amazingly different on a
same temp in various places. Unbelievable !

Hugh
