Large unfurnished Master Bedroom with 1/2 bath in a 3 bedroom 1-1/2 bath 
apartment is available for rent on 6/1. The apartment is located in 
Springhill Lake Apartment Area, behind Beltway Plaza in Greenbelt. It is 
3 miles from UM and is on the UM shuttle route. We are looking for one or 
two persons to share the whole apartment, couple welcome, smoking acceptable. 
Ideally, the person(s) will be staying for a year (6/1/92 -- 6/1/93), but 
summer rent is also acceptable. The rent is $320/month for single, $350 for a
couple (with no children), and $370 for two persons (male preferred), and
is negotiable. We are graduate students of UMCP, and are expecting mature,
quiet and clean young professionals or graduates, Asians preferred. If
