I just finished a web page for The International Buddhist Center ( A Sri
Lankan Buddhist Temple ).

It is run by Bhante Uparatana, a student of Venerable Gunaratana, author of
MINDFULNESS IN PLAIN ENGLISH.

He teaches meditation for free every wednesday evening 7:30 - 8:30 in the
temple in Silver Spring. It is a 3 block walk from the Wheaton metro or a
block away from Georgia Avenue.

He also teaches at American University 1pm every thursday.
