The behavior of Asian gangs, African-American rioters, and Russian
mobsters could be used to justify discrimination against those groups,
but sensible people don't use the example of a few to make judgments
about the entire group.

Through my activism, I have worked with teenagers who have started
businesses, entered college as early as 14, dedicated themselves to
all sorts of causes across the political spectrum and even figured out
the tax code.

Yet they are still treated like second-class citizens. Hardly an
incentive to be your best.
