Hello again people... I would like to sublet my half a master bedroom in
a beautiful College Park high rise apartment. The apartment is two-bedroom
and two (full) baths with a nice living room, dining room, kitchen, and
balcony. On the apartments' property are a man-made lake, beautiful
swimming pool, several sets of tennis courts, plenty of parking, a
club house (for activites), and very friendly people. The apartment
rent is split four ways for $210 each per month. In addition, we currently
have maid service every two weeks for $15 each extra per month -- you won't
have to get that though. My current apartment mates are 2 female and 1
male... a female is also wanted to share the other bedroom. My current
roomates are all very nice, undergraduate, non-smoking. Also, my roomate
who you will be sharing the room with has quite a bit of furniture so you
have essentially a furnished apartment. The building is 3 miles from
the University of Maryland at College Park. I will be returning here
in the fall so the sublet is only from June 1 to August 31. If you are
male and interested please e-mail me... if you are female and interested
in the other bedroom e-mail sunnidae@wam.umd.edu.

P.S. You absolutely, positively cannot smoke -- sorry. :(
